The Power of Programming:  Nutrition during pregnancy and infancy can exert important long-term effects on development and health.  Programming effects of early nutrition are important with regards to biomedical research, nutritional and health care practice, and policy decisions.  This International Conference is supported by the European Commission as part of the scientific activities of the European Early Nutrition Programming Project (EARNEST FOOD-CT-2005-007036).
